Tom Lovdal, Principal of T.H. Lovdal & Company Ltd., retired a few years ago, after building high performance custom homes in the Athens area for over 30 years. We no longer offer our popular in house design/build services, but are happy to refer you to one of the many reputable builders and architects in our area for your project needs. We still have a few quality building lots available, some with great views, some heavily wooded, all with great pricing!
When you think about all the decisions that go into building a house it’s easy to get overwhelmed. We make it simple. Once the site has been selected, and the house has been designed, our building process allows you to make a few decisions at each stage of construction.
